This is the last of four unnamed phalaenopsis hybrids that I acquired as seedlings at an orchid show in the spring of 2002 to flower.  This plant took an extra year to flower compared to its siblings, and the plant is much smaller. Sadly, the flower quality is lower than the others as well.
