This Dendrobium Sunny Gold 'Harp' came from my spring trip to Orchids by Hausermann.  Not only was the plant flush with bright yellow flowers, it had six new growths and an unbelievable lemon fragrance.  It's not quite as powerful as Oncidium Sharry Baby is, but you can still smell it from the other side of the room when it's in full bloom.  The plant has doubled in size since I got it, so it should put on quite a show come springtime.

This plant is a D. nobile-type hybrid, so it needs a cool, dry winter rest in order to develop flower buds.  I kept it in my unheated bathroom window over the winter to encourage it to bud.
