This Oncidium Twinkle came from Hoosier Orchids in Indianapolis during their winter open house in 2004.  When I first saw it, I just had to bring it home.  This miniature orchid stands less than a foot tall, including the pot.  This plant has more pseudobulbs in that little 5" pot than I care to count.  In the winter of 2005, it opened 280 flowers on 16 spikes.  Each tiny flower, less than an half an inch long, emits a fragrance of vanilla and musk.  When in full bloom, this little plant perfumes the entire room!
