This photoset is from the Ken Lockwood Gorge WMA and nearby Teetertown Ravine Nature Preserve.  It was a day for finding orchids three or four weeks past flowering; I found dozens of Epipactis helleborine and a few Goodyera pubescens recently gone to seed.
