Here are some photographs from a trip to the Weiler-Leopold and Black Rock Barrens nature preseves maintained by Northern Indiana Citizens Helping Ecosystems Survive (NICHES).  Because it was still so early in spring, there were very few signs of life and not too many opportunities for pictures.
