This photoset is from the Sourland Mountain Preserve.  This is the second time we've been to this park; the first time was a couple weeks earlier in last year.  This time we caught Galearis spectabilis in full anthesis; there were hundreds if not thousands of flowering plants.  Though I've not seen it many places, I suspect that this place has got to be one of the best places in New Jersey to catch this lovely orchid.  We even saw all three color forms.
