These pictures are from White Lake WMA.  There was more in bloom than there was during my visit earlier this year.  I still found no trace of yellow lady's slippers, but I was able to locate the rare Spiranthes lucida, of which I found three tiny plants flowering.  Each plant was only a few inches tall, and the flowers were only on the last inch of the spike.
